The villa has a bright living room with a conservatory which can merged with the living. The conservatory with a dining table for 10 persons has a magnificent view over the bay of Calla Vadella. Sliding doors provide access to the terrace and swimming pool.

The villa features a spacious infinity-edge swimming pool with chlorine-free water treatment, sun beds and outdoor shower. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, fridge and ice maker.

On split level in the middle of the large garden is a separate terrace with lounge corner and beautiful sea view. There is also an additionnal diner area with a bar under sabina trees in the garden. An 8″ billard table is also available outside near to the bar area. Furthermore, the villa is surrounded by trees which gives the home a lot of privacy.

Additionally, to the ground floor, a separate guest area with 2 bedrooms and private entrance is reached via the outside. All four rooms have a double bed and private bathroom with shower, sink and separate
toilet. The rooms downstairs have direct access to the garden and guarantee privacy and tranquility.
